NICK AND ANDY TEMTE PREVIEW REMAINDERS AT RIVERFEST
Written by Ballzer on July 3, 2026
The Remainders have been a staple in the La Crosse area for decades. They’re getting ready for their headlining set at Riverfest tomorrow, before and after the fireworks. Front man Andy Temte‘s son, Nick Temte, has been a songwriting partner and guest performer for years and is pursuing his own career in music. Nick and Andy stopped in to the Morning Buzz to talk about the show, new music, and what it’s like to work together as a father-son duo:
Nick has been producing music for years including The Remainders full-length LP that released last year and their new singles this year. This includes a string-version of their newest track “More Than Enough,” recorded at the Capella Center in La Crosse.
He also has been developing his own catalogue and for the latest release, commissioned the rapper WESTSIDE BOOGIE to collaborate on “Necessary.” Nick has performed with The Remainders consistently during the Riverfest & Oktoberfest performances and will be again this weekend.
