LOCAL MUSICIANS/VENUE TO SUPPORT MUSIC FAN AT JESS FEST

Local music supporter Jess Morgan-Slettehaugh recently experienced a series of strokes that have left her facing a huge battle. Her friends are organizing a Jess Fest benefit at The Popcorn Tavern this Sunday to get together for a day of tunes, brews, food and raffles to raise funds to help her and her family out!

Jess, her husband Troy, Jesse Wolf from ZAMMEK, and Steve Keating from the Popcorn came in to talk about all the awesomeness planned for the benefit, what she needs most, and how we can all help:

Bucket raffles and 50/50 raffles will be happening throughout the day, come down and purchase some tickets to win some fabulous prizes! A 50/50 raffle will happen during each bands set with the winner announced between each band (winner must be present to win the 50/50 raffle). Bucket raffles will be happening all day with winners announced at 6:30pm (no need to be present at the time of bucket raffle drawings to claim your prize, they will call you and arrange pick-up if you can’t stay until the end).
