Join Gateway Area Council of Scouting America on Saturday, October 19, 2024, for a magical day filled with fun, treats, and enchanting activities at our non-scary Trick-or-Treat Trail. This event is perfect for kids of all ages who want to experience the wonder of Halloween without the fright! There will be plenty of fun for the whole family, and activities to experience!
Event Highlights:
Trick-or-Treat Trail: Explore the winding paths of the Enchanted Forest, where friendly creatures and magical beings are ready to hand out delicious treats at every turn. Bring your own bag or pick up one at registration!
Creative Crafts: Let your creativity run wild at our craft stations. Make your own enchanted airplane, Make a Skeleton, or color some fun Halloween print outs.
Meet the Characters: The La Crosse Library will be bringing out some friends for the fun this year! Stay tuned for who will be joining us.
Photo Opportunities: Capture the magic with plenty of photo ops throughout the park. Whether it’s with some friends or family, or even in our photo ops, these memories will last a lifetime.

Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Choose a time slot – 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM)
Location: Riverside Park, 100 State St, La Crosse, WI 54601
Admission: $7 Youth (age 2-17) $3 Adult (18+) or $20 Family Pass (2 Adults, 3 Youth)

Children 2 and under are free Prices will increase the day of the event, so get your tickets now!
Parking: Please plan to park either in the downtown ramps, or on the street. Registration will be across from the North restrooms at Riverside Park.
There are 2 types of stations: The treat trail which will be a give and go for candy to move families through, and then Treat/Activity Stations further into the field. These will be more open and families can move through as they please. There is no specific order for the activities.
Don’t forget to join the Scout Fun Zone where they will have all kinds of fun Scout based activities. Get a temporary tattoo, color an airplane, make a skeleton, and more!
