The 6th Annual Forks and Corks, a fundraiser benefiting the Gemütlichkeit Foundation. Each year the Gemütlichkeit Foundation supports 9 area high schools with generous scholarship donations to assist area youth in their pursuit for higher education. This year’s event is scheduled for March 14th, 2019, at the La Crosse Center Grand Ballroom. The 6th Annual Forks and Corks will feature six gourmet tastes of savory cuisine elegantly paired with hand selected red and white wines. The evening’s food selections and wine choices will be perfectly paired by food and beverage experts. The event will also include raffle drawings, games, silent auction, and an exciting live auction!
Course One:
Red Brute Sparkling Shiraz
Lamb Carpaccio (Gluten Free): Served with arugula salad, mustard drizzle, shallots, capers, fig glaze, mint and shaved Parmesan
Course Two:
Les Charmes Chardonnay
Salmon with a French Sorrel Sauce. Garnished with a lemon (Gluten Free)

Rigatoni with a sweet Italian pork ragout with herb ricotta cheese
Course Four:
Cuma Malbec
Grilled Flank Steak stuffed with chilies, tomatoes, and chimichurri sauce. Topped with queso fresco
