The Gateway Area Council invites the public to their 2023 Council-Wide Pinewood Derby Races coming up April 22nd, 2023. Racing begins at 10:30AM at Valley View Mall. Scouts from all over the Coulee Region from Minnesota and Wisconsin will have the opportunity to compete in one of Scouting’s favorite activities.

They will also have a Hometown Celebrity Division featuring many local celebrities. Those in attendance will have a chance to build a Lego Car to race, check out the photo booth, coloring station, axe throwing, and visit with Special Guests!

What a great opportunity to learn about Scouting by attending this event.
History on Scouting in the La Crosse Area:
Scouting in the La Crosse area has been going strong since 1921. We are open to both boys and girls and offer experiences that a lot of them can receive anywhere else. Scouts have a chance to attend many camps at Camp Decorah. Scouting provides life lessons that help build strong leaders.
