La Crosse Prevention Network Coalition is hosting a FREE community presentation with Rise Together to talk about substance misuse prevention.

Rise Together, Inc. is a non-profit grassroots organization that believes The Future is Youth. Since September of 2013, they have existed to ignite a youth-led movement of hope that is SAVING LIVES. Their solution is to provide communities with high-quality educational content, programs, workshops, and training’s that help build strong advocates and leaders.

To date, Rise Together has partnered with over 175 schools and educated over 160,000 people across Wisconsin; raising awareness and eliminating the stigma around addiction and mental health. They are helping to create change by educating, engaging, and empowering young people to stand up and break the silence around topics like suicide, bullying, self-harm, and more.
