WATCH: THE TEASER TRAILER FOR BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE IS HERE!

Beetlejuice is one of my favorite movies of all time. It’s funny, it’s dark, it’s quotable, and pretty creepy – all things I love. When the rumors of a sequel started years ago, saying I was hesitant would be an understatement. Seeing the first look at the movie gives me some hope and a child-like excitement!

“Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” is a follow-up to the 1988 Tim Burton classic starring Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder. Tim Burton also directed the new film, Catherine O’Hara is back (!!) and Jenna Ortega joins, playing Lydia’s daughter.

The new movie releases September 6 of this year! The trailer barely has any dialogue, but includes some nods to the original, including the famous model of the town, the bridge that (spoiler alert) caused the demise of the Maitlands and the School for Girls that Lydia attended.
