NON-PROFIT PET EXPO RETURNS TO OMNI CENTER SUNDAY

A GREAT DAY FOR PET LOVERS!!
Wisconsin’s furriest residents are waiting to meet you at Pet Expo LAX, on Sunday, October 19, 2025. The Alliance of Wisconsin Animal Rehoming Efforts (AWARE) is proud to present this charitable expo produced for pet lovers of all ages! All proceeds from ticket sales are returned to our community to help animals in shelters and rescues. AWARE’s Executive Director, Beth Enneking, joined Ballzer to talk about what to expect and how funds are being raised:
The event will be from 9a-4p at the Onalaska Omni Center featuring pet loving shopping and services, activities and education, meet Wisconsin’s cutest adoptables, Police K9 Teams and more! AND, there will be food trucks and raffles!
No animals will be for sale, it is a day to meet adoptables from 13 different rescues/shelters and support Wisconsin’s animals in need. There will be educational opportunities like the Reptile Interaction Area and Small Animal Education Station and Kids Activity Area. Plus, the Windy Kitty Cat Show Championship and Household Cat Show is both days.

Because of the large crowds, personal pets are not allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
