Bring your mat!

To celebrate National Women’s Health Week, Essential Health Clinic’s partner, Root Down Yoga Studio, will be leading an hour-long class in the Street. Please bring one toiletry item as admission. These donations will support the women at New Horizons in La Crosse County and Brighter Tomorrows in Monroe County who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault.
