This golf outing raises money to fund the Weekend Backpack Program that services Evergreen Elementary, Prairie View Elementary, Sand Lake Elementary, Viking Elementary, and the Holmen Middle School. Each Friday during the school year, backpacks of food are delivered to the schools to feed over 100 children each weekend. They are finishing their second school year with this program and through donations of food and funds they’re able to keep this program active.

Holmen’s Hope also coordinates a summer lunch program, providing lunches multiple times a week to lower income neighborhoods in the Holmen School District, and hosts a free monthly Community Dinner.
