KIDS CLOTHING SWAPATHON

On the heels of Earth day, the Brownies of Girl Scout Troop 4046 are hosting an awesome swap event this Sunday, April 28th where you can bring gently used clothing items, books, and toys and swap with items that others bring to the event; and everything is FREE! If you’re unable to bring anything, you are more than welcome to attend and help yourself to items you need!
All donated items that don’t find a home will be donated to New Horizons Shelter & Outreach Center and the Salvation Army.
The event is Sunday, April 28th from Noon to 5pm at Olivet Lutheran Church on French Island in La Crosse (2100 Bainbridge St.)
If you can’t make it on Sunday, you can drop off donations this week at Olivet Lutheran Church.
DONATIONS: If you are able and willing, New Horizons has expressed their need for diapers, toiletries, and new underwear and socks in all sizes.
PRIZES: For every pack of diapers or new packs of socks/underwear, or at least 3 toiletry items (new items such as deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, baby wipes, hair brushes, skin and nail care items) you’ll be entered in a drawing to win prizes!
