Who is Alice in Dairyland? It’s actually a job interview process beginning in January and early Feburary, applicants must submit a resume, cover letter, references and application form to be reviewed by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP).  There are a lot of qualifications that go along with the title! We’d like to introduce you to the new Alice in Dairyland 2019, Abigail Martin. She’s currently serving as the 72nd Alice in Dairyland. As Wisconsin’s agriculture ambassador, her goal is to educate audiences across Wisconsin about the $88 billion economic impact and importance of our state’s diverse agriculture industry in our daily lives.
