Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry teamed up to executive produce a new docuseries on Apple TV+ called “The Me You Can’t See.” It will be released this Friday and features interviews from people all over the world sharing their stories and experiences. Lady Gaga, chef Rashad Armstead, Glenn Close, and others share their stories.

It’s so important to raise awareness about mental health, check in with others in your life, and reach out if you need help. Harry says in the trailer, “To make that decision to receive help is not a sign of weakness. In today’s world, more than ever, it is a sign of strength.” He’s so right. We’re looking forward to seeing this series and excited that it’s one more thing in the fight against the stigma surrounding mental health.
