WISCONSIN WOMAN ALMOST DOUBLES HER SMURF COLLECTION RECORD

Gerda Scheuers in Ripon, WI set the Guinness record for largest collection of Smurf memorabilia for the first time in 2014, with 6,320 unique items. That wasn’t enough for the 47 year old, she’s nearly doubled that to receive another certification, breaking her own record with a collection that’s now at 11,455 items!

She has no plans to sell her collection but told WTMJ in Milwaukee, “I think easily I could probably get $100,000 or more if I sold everything off individually.”
