NETFLIX LAUNCHES NEW SITE FOR MOST POPULAR STREAMS OF THE WEEK

When you scroll through Netflix, they’ve had the Top 10 in the feed for a while, but that’s overall trending at that moment, lumping shows and movies together. If you’ve wondered what’s popular elsewhere or film specific, the mega streamer has a new site for you!

They announced the launch of a new website featuring the Top 10 based on hours watched in countries all over the world.

In a blog post this week, Pablo Perez De Rosso, Netflix’s vice president of content strategy, planning and analysis, explained the plan. “We also know fans love to track our most popular films and shows of all time. So we will also update our overall lists, which we first published last month, as new titles become mega hits. These lists are based on the total hours viewed in a title’s first 28 days on Netflix.”
