Weekend Staycation in Lacrosse

We decided to have a staycation in Lacrosse and enjoy our beautiful area. I highly recommend booking a staycation in our beautiful town and exploring all Lacrosse has to offer. The Charmant is the only boutique hotel in downtown Lacrosse. They have the most delicious restaurant with regionally sourced ingredients, a parlour offering coffee and spirits, a rooftop bar serving wood-fired pizza, and a sweet bar with pastries and chocolates. They offer so many amenities and have the best hospitality. I highly recommend booking a stay at The Charmant.

 Lunch at 4 Sisters Wine & Tapas Restaurant

While we were staying at the boutique hotel downtown, we walked across the street and had lunch at 4 Sisters Wine & Tapas Restaurant. Noah and I love having drinks and a variety of tapas. Our favorites are The Pepper Jelly Cream cheese, the mini bleu burgers, fish tacos, and the cheese journey! Then we walked around downtown exploring the beautiful city. We relaxed at the hotel and played cards!

Dinner at The Charmant

For dinner, we went downstairs to the hotel’s restaurant. They have fantastic food with locally sourced ingredients. Our favorites are the kale salad, French onion soup, steak frites, and of course the creme brulee. The best part is you can get dessert delivered right to your room. They also have the most delicious espresso martinis! I highly recommend a date night at The Charmant you won’t be disappointed.

The next day we got a late checkout to go down to the parlour and enjoy tea and coffee. Then a little later, we had brunch downstairs before checking out. The Charmant is our favorite place in town for brunch. The pancakes, bacon, and bloody Mary’s are just a few of our favorite items on the menu.
