HABITAT FOR HUMANITY RECEIVES MACKENZIE SCOTT DONATION AND IS GETTING READY FOR NEIGHBORS DAY

Neighbors Day is a family-friendly event for the community to come together to help beautify the City of La Crosse by providing the elderly and disabled citizens of the City of La Crosse with help cleaning up their yards for spring.
As a volunteer, you would be doing simple tasks such as; raking yards, trimming shrubs, washing windows, turning gardens, and cleaning up the marsh. You will be given the products and tools necessary to complete the tasks, and will also be served lunch for your hard work! Bring your friends or your family members and make a fun day of it!

Habitat for Humanity La Crosse Area also recently received a $2 Million gift from philanthropist MacKenzie Scott. The ex-wife of Jeff Bezos donated billions to non-profits over the last few years and awarded $436 million to Habitat Chapters across the country. Scott and her team personally picked the La Crosse Area chapter to be among the 84 recipients.
