It all started, back in 2020, when Wendy Williams could not get Dua Lipa’s name right on her show! Even after she was told how to say it, it just couldn’t stick. Ballzer and I have been using it ever since, because it’s pretty fun!
Dua fans have also embraced it and have used it on t-shirts, posters, etc. One fan recently used it on his shirt, in a marriage proposal to Dua. His shirt said, “Marry me, Dula Peep.” And she saw it and called it out from on stage!
