RIDICULOUS WORKOUT EQUIPMENT YOU MAY NOT NEED IN 2023 #FITFUNFAB

This morning, we played a game, “Real Workout Equipment or not” to get ready for January, a busy month for workouts.

We learned about a bonkers machine with the most hilarious infomercial. The Horse Riding Fitness Ace Power was apparently a real thing with this ad:

Anderson Cooper did a “Ridiculist” on the machine years ago and couldn’t keep a straight face:

That lead us to suggest other silly at-home options. Cooper referenced one of the classics, Shake Weight:

We totally forgot about The Hawaii Chair:

Other not-so-great ideas include the dumbbell alarm clock, and the Vibro Belt:

And we almost forgot about the Free Flexor:

The Treadmill bike is one I kinda wanna try…
