Starring Connie Britton, Taylor Schilling, and Colin O’Brien, “a 12-year-old boy becomes the lone survivor of a plane crash. As he and others affected by the tragedy try to make sense of what happened, unexpected friendships, romances, and communities are formed.”
The 10-episode series, inspired by the novel, Dear Edward, is based on a true story of “the crash of Afriqiyah Airways Flight 771 on May 12, 2010, which resulted in the deaths of all 103 passengers and crew except for Ruben Van Assouw, a 9-year-old boy.”
The first three episodes of Dear Edward are available on Apple TV+ today, with one episode-a-week thereafter.
