Grey Area Productions presents us with Gina Gionfriddo’s 2009 Pulitzer Prize Finalist, Becky Shaw. Directed by Steven Walker, Becky Shaw will be featured center stage at the Pump House theatre, opening March 23 through April 2 featuring a cast of local actors, portraying the dysfunctional group of 5 characters, Susan (Kate Mayer), Susanna (Dominique Luecke), Andrew (Alex Kent), Max (Colin Thelen), and Becky Shaw (Megan Larson). Becky Shaw is a dark, witty comedy that features manipulative and self-interest-driven characters participating in the complex game of dating. The play explores the dark side of human behavior in romantic relationships that aren’t usually put on display. Becky Shaw will keep audience members on the edge of their seats while provoking laughter and ideas to ponder over after the curtain closes.
