BRITTANY’S WEEKEND STREAMING SESH

Written by on March 27, 2023

My hubby was gone all weekend and I decided to do laundry, clean the house, and binge! Here are some of the things I watched this weekend.

Servant, 4 seasons, from M. Night Shyamalan. I started watching this in 2019 and finished it over the weekend on Apple TV+! It’s creepy and really weird but I loved it! They’re short episodes and it goes super fast. Rumor is that the show has come to an end after 4 seaons.

I caught up on season 2 of How I Met Your Father on Hulu. Again, short episodes and if you need a good laugh it’s perfect for that!

I’m watching Accused on Hulu, but not binging really. Each episode is a different story so I’m watching one episode at a time when I can. It’s really good though!

I watched M3GAN on Peacock because it did so well at the box office. I like scary movies. This one fell short, in my opinion.

Boston Strangler on Hulu was also very well done. Keira Knightly and Carrie Coon did a fantastic job playing real-life journalists Loretta McLaughlin and Jean Cole!

After all the strangling and jump scares, I needed to laugh so I put on The Estate on Hulu. This movie made me laugh, a lot! Great cast and it was whacky, but I loved it!

This is another one I’ve been watching for a while and picked it back up for season 3. Truth Be Told is on Apple TV+ and I really like this series! Each season is a different story line but some of the characters are recurring for all three seasons. There are guest starring roles for each season. Aaron Paul guest starred in season 1, season 2 was Kate Hudson and Gabrielle Union starred in season 3. No word if Apple will renew for a season 4, but I hope so!

When my husband came home we did watch this together because we heard good things. Knock at the Cabin, on Peacock, another project from M. Night Shyamalan, was just ok, in my opinion, but you might think otherwise! It was entertaining, so I’ll give it that!
