“SUPER BOWL- LEVEL” SIZE CROWDS EXPECTED DURING TAYLOR SWIFT, PRIDE, IN MINNEAPOLIS

During his “State of the City” address Thursday, Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey explained that the weekend of June 23rd-25th in going to be a busy one.
Taylor Swift will be headlining two sold out shows at US Bank Stadium which will attract 70,000 people each night along side the Pride Fest, which normally draws in about 150-200,000 people to downtown Minneapolis.

Super Bowl events were spread out over the space of a week and more, so it’s conceivable that the crowds downtown June 23-24 could rival that seen on the biggest Super Bowl days.
So it looks like if you’re going to one or both of these events, expect wall-to-wall people. May the odds ever be in the folks in the service industries’ favor. Whew.
