The philosophy of VARC Children’s Services is to nurture the whole child, provide respective services, and to support independence. They promote emotional literacy, daily living skills, and strive to provide a foundation of self-esteem for all children.
In the past year, they’ve opened Preschool Childcare Center on La Crosse’s northside to serve children and families with and without disabilities, while cultivating a stronger, more inclusive community.
