STEPPIN’ OUT IN PINK – GET THE DETAILS FOR SATURDAY’S LOCAL BREAST CANCER FUNDRASIER

IT’S ALMOST HERE! Steppin’ Out in Pink is this Saturday, September 13th, and it’s the 20th Annual Event this year. To date, this community has joined together to raise over $7 million! The goal for this year is to raise $500,000 and have 5,000 walkers. Have you signed up yet? There’s still time to register or donate HERE. The event’s hub is Riverside Park again this year. The walk begins and ends there, plus there will be a vendor market, entertainment on the Bandshell, Mid-West Family Entertainment will have their Photo Booth on site again, and so much more. But what’s happening when? We got you:

2025 entertainment lineup

Riverside Park Main Stage: 

• 7:00 a.m.: Vendor Market and Registration Tent are open.
• 8:00 a.m.: Mollie B and Squeezebox with Ted Lange take the stage.
• 8:30 a.m.: Survivor Walk to the Riverside Park bandshell.
  • Grab your crew and gather around the park bandshell to cheer on breast cancer survivors as they walk together, celebrating their resilience and bravery. 
• 8:40 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.: Pre-walk remarks featuring 2025 Survivor Advocate, Bethany Poellinger.
  • Thank you to the American Legion #52 Honor Guard for posting the colors during our National Anthem.
• 9:00 a.m.: NEW!!  Don’t miss this exciting walker send-off courtesy of the UW-La Crosse Screaming Eagles Marching Band. We strongly encourage you start the walk with us at 9 am – you don’t want to miss this!
• 10 a.m. – 12 p.m..: Mollie B and Squeezebox with Ted Lange return to the stage!
  • 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.: Make a donation-based song request in honor or in memory of the person you walk for and have a chance at hearing your song performed live. 
  • 11:45 a.m.: We will be drawing raffle ticket winners for the Packer Ticket Package and the Charmant Staycation! Need not be present to win. 
• All morning long: Roaming Ambassadors of Love

Pro-tip: you can just come hang out! If doing the route is challenging for you, you don’t want to miss any of the music, you love vendor markets, or whatever else, just come to Riverside! You can still donate if you’re able at the event and hang out in the sun (or shade) if you’d like. Parking? Yep, HERE.
