James Beard Award-winning chef Joshua McFadden is back in the Midwest for a night full of good food, community, and conversation, in collaboration with Organic Valley. His newest cookbook, Six Seasons of Pasta: A New Way with Everyone’s Favorite Food – a national bestseller recognized by Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Bon Appétit, Eater, Epicurious, and more – is at the center of the evening.

Wednesday, December 17th, there’s a book signing from 4-6 at Sagra, that is free to attend but RSVP is requested, then a crafted dinner at Osteria Emilia at 6:30.

Free social gathering with Joshua McFadden. Pick up a copy of his new book at the event from Pearl Street Books, enjoy drinks for purchase at the bar, and connect with Hunger Task Force of La Crosse as they share more about their mission.

6:30 PM | Dinner at Osteria Emilia

A multi-course dinner inspired by Joshua McFadden’s cookbooks, prepared by Chef Mitchel Weber and the teams at Osteria Emilia and Sagra. Expect house-made pasta, thoughtful ingredients, and the comforting, crafted style both kitchens are known for. Welcome remarks will be shared by both chefs, introduced by Organic Valley.

Tickets: $90 per seat (includes tax & gratuity). Drinks will be available for purchase.
