The 16th annual Earth Fair hosted by the Sustainability Institute is on Sunday, April 28th from 11am to 4PM. This year’s FREE family-friendly event is held in Myrick Park with indoor events (due to projected weather) and activities for all ages.
The eco-friendly activities will include Green Goose Chase Scavenger hunt, Trail Trek Challenge kick-off, children’s crafts, The Nature Place’s Critter Mobile, solar demonstrations, live music, green vendor booths, raptor demonstrations, bat presentation, farmer & artisan market, story times, kids games, food and lots MORE activities to explore!

The Green Goose Chase – mission-based scavenger hunt will start on Friday, April 19th and last until April 28th at 2PM. Team sign-up is open NOW and instructions can be found at www.sustaininstitute.com/greengoosechase. The FREE event will be accessible by smartphone and includes missions for teams to complete to earn points and win prizes. Exclusive Earth Fair mini missions and a Team Celebration event will happen during the Earth Fair with prize drawings and trophies at 3PM.
Parking is limited inside Myrick Park. Organizers encourage attendees to walk, bike, ride the bus, or carpool if possible.
