MORNING BUZZ TALKS STRESS AWARENESS WEEK WITH Z93’S GRANT

This year, more than ever, we are all super stressed and exhausted. There’s many types of fatigue that we’re experiencing; mental, emotional, physical, and now there’s “Zoom Fatigue”! Who could have ever imagined, right? Plus, all the other stress in our lives from online schooling to regular every day burdens. All of these things that we’re dealing with are a lot to carry.

This week is National Stress Awareness Week. Take time to check on yourself, and those closest to you. We sat down with Z93’s Grant for a chat about what he does to de-stress. You might get some helpful tips, and if not…at least he’s entertaining! Laughter is the best medicine, ya know!

Hopefully you can get outside this week and enjoy the beautiful weather, for what might be our last hurrah before winter! And just remember to breathe. We’ll all get through this…separately…but together. Take care!
