AVATAR SINGING SHOW, ‘ALTER EGO’, COMING TO FOX

FOX has brought us the ‘Masked Singer’ and the ‘Masked Dancer’ and now…an avatar inspired singing competition!
According to FOX, “ALTER EGO is an all-new original singing competition where lost dreams and second chances are reignited when singers from all walks of life become the stars they’ve always wanted to be. However, these contestants won’t perform as themselves. Rather, they’ll be given the chance to show how they’ve always wanted to be seen, creating their dream avatar ALTER EGO to reinvent themselves and perform like never before.“
No official launch date yet, but the website says “coming soon” and will air on “Wednesday nights this fall”. According to Rolling Stone; Alanis Morissette, Nick Lachey, Grimes, and will.i.am will serve as judges, and Rocsi Diaz will host the show.
