CELEBRATE DAIRY MONTH WITH THESE EASY AIR FRYER CHEESE STICKS

June is Dairy Month, but here in Wisco, cheese is always a staple. I was looking for easy air fryer recipes a few weeks ago and came across these delicious mozzarella sticks made from string cheese. I bought all the ingredients but when I started to make them last time, I realized you need to freeze them twice for at least an hour total. Finally got back around to them this weekend and they were worth the wait! The biggest thing is making sure to do the process twice to get a good cover. Check it out:
