NETFLIX’S WENDELL & WILD MIXES CORALINE, NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, AND KEY & PEELE?

Seems an odd combination but the trailer for the new stop-motion film, Wendell & Wild has me hooked! Henry Selick, the director of The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline, teamed up with Jordan Peele, recently known for heavier titles like Nope, Us, and Get Out for this new Netflix movie. Peele stars with his old Key and Peele pal, Keegan-Michael Key, as the two demon brothers mentioned in the title. Lyric Ross, from This Is Us, stars as the orphan the pair want to help them escape from Hell.

Wendell & Wild also stars Angela Bassett, James Hong, and Ving Rhames – due out just in time for Halloween:
