WTC’S SUITS FOR SUCCESS COLLECTING PROFESSIONAL CLOTHING FOR COMMUNITY DISTRIBUTION

Written by on March 4, 2024

You’ve been meaning to clean out your closet and have lots of good clothes you don’t need. Maybe you’ve been waiting for a great cause to donate them. This is your sign!

Students in Western’s Business Management program are collecting new or gently used professional clothing and scrubs in a variety of styles and sizes. This year’s collection event will take place Friday, March 8th in WTC’s Lot H, corner of 8th and Badger Streets, in La Crosse.

We caught up with Kaitlin Herman, a member of the event’s marketing team to learn more about this excellent program!

Students and the public are invite to join the distribution event March 20 to find the scrubs or professional attire you may need for your professional career or next job interview. Career Services will also have a Job Fair, photographer for headshots, resume and cover letter review services, tie tying demonstration booth, and more!

Any donated clothing not distributed to the community will be donated locally to pay it forward 😉
