Milwaukee Teen Battling Rare Disease Meets Zach Bryan At Fiserv Forum

19 year old Megan Pederson from Germantown has been battling a vascular compression syndrome over the past four years. And Megan says that Zach Bryan’s music is her escape from the tremendous pain she deals with.

Last summer, while being treated for the ailment in Oklahoma, she attended her first show by the artist. Megan ended up meeting Zach’s dad, Dwayne and they would keep in touch over the last few months.

Then last November he surprised her with an invite to see Zach in Milwaukee. It was just the medicine she needed to keep pushing through the pain. Little did she know what was planned. She got a signed guitar, a hug, and a chance to hang out backstage with the singer and songwriter.
