SUMMER GRILLING TIPS WITH KAITLYN – JUST IN TIME FOR FATHER’S DAY

Kaitlyn Kesler, Director of Communications at Wisconsin Beef Council, joined the Morning Buzz to share a recipe for Beef Bites with Peanut-Whiskey Sauce and some tips on their Steak Swap guide for folks who may be grilling on a budget!
According to a Summer Grilling Insights Survey completed by the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, 96% of consumers plan to grill this summer. In fact, 24 percent of Americans plan to increase how many times they grill this summer. Their favorite beef dishes that they plan to grill are Beef Burgers (89%), Beef Hot Dogs (74%), Beef Sausages/Brats (66%), Ribeyes (64%) and Beef Ribs (62%).
When grilling, the most important factors that come to mind time and time again are taste, ease of preparation, and if the meal is family-friendly.
