PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE – HOW TO BURN OFF THE CALS!

Pumpkin Spice Lattes are back! Starting today, which is the earliest release ever, Starbucks is serving up their delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte’s and Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. What you may not know is the amount of calories that comes along with the fantastically delicious fall beverage.

Fun Fact: One Starbucks Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte, made with 2% milk and whipped cream, has 380 calories, 14 grams of fat and 50 grams of sugar. Yowza!

Just to put things into perspective, Cheat Sheet shared what you would need to do to burn off a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte. Pick one of the following exercises:

  • 30 minutes of jump rope
  • 76 flights of stairs
  • 35 minutes of rowing
  • 38 minutes of burpees
  • 36 minutes of running intervals
  • 33 minutes of swimming
  • 35 minutes of spinning

All I know is that 38 minutes of burpees sounds terrifying. And if I did that after I drank my latte, I’d be burpee’ing all over myself. Hard pass!
