FUN & EASY WORKOUTS TO GET YOU MOTIVATED: BRITTANY’S FAVORITE AT HOME WORKOUTS

I’ve been working out at home a lot, especially in the past year because of the pandemic. When lock down happened, I shared some fun work out ideas with you. Recently, I found some more fun ones to share. This might help if you’re stuck in a slump and need some motivation! Dance options, aerobic, stretching, walking, and more. I like to use my YouTube app on my Roku and work out in the living room.
My first choice, and what I always go back to, is Walk at Home with Leslie Sansone. Leslie is my girl! These are seriously the best workouts, especially if you’re not super coordinated. No dance moves or hard steps to learn or remember. You are simply walking in place, but it’s a serious work out and feels so good when you’re done. You can walk 1 mile or several miles, depending on the amount of time you have or your motivation level.

The other free service that I’ve been using a lot is the PopSugar Fitness YouTube Channel. Free work out videos, in a variety of style options. Kick boxing, dancing, yoga, ab workouts, etc.

Trust me, I’m feeling the struggle too. But hopefully you’ll find a little inspiration here. Even if you start with doing a portion of one of these videos, it’s something. You’ll feel fantastic when you’re done, I promise.
