NEIGHBOR RECEIVES A NOISE COMPLIMENT?

Nevada’s Binh Cao got a note from a neighbor recently about his music. Usually, this would be some jerk complaining about how loud or crappy the music is or even that it’s being played too late. This time, it was a sincere compliment and also a solid ask for tune selection!
Not only did Binh share the note on Twitter, he even made a playlist for Todd, and the other chill neighbors out there 😉
