BEING HANGRY IS REAL, SAYS SCIENCE

It’s something that we assumed was real. But science has confirmed that being hungry can make you more irritable and more angry.

Over the course about a month, 64 people were asked to keep track of the mood and how hungry they were while experiencing a given emotion. When they were craving food they were roughly 40% more angry and irritable.

The study also noted that eating while you’re hangry doesn’t always cure it. It mentioned that you should avoid uncomfortable situations that may cause anger. And feeling hangry could cause someone to feel like they’re in a rut for days and possibly weeks!
