Zoe de Boer is our new Miss La Crosse/Oktoberfest! She joined us in the studio to chat about winning her first scholarship program, upcoming fun as part of the Royal Family, and more!
Zoe’s social impact project is called, ‘Imago Dei’: Breaking Free of Body Shame. She is looking forward to implementing that in our community and sharing the important message with as many people as possible. Zoe will also compete in Miss Wisconsin in June 2023.
