“OLD STYLE” BEER PRODUCTION RETURNS TO LA CROSSE

Seems that all the Old Style beer signs around town can turn right-side-up once again as production of the beer will return to La Crosse.

It was announced Monday that after a 20 year hiatus, Old Style will begin to be brewed in town starting in November. Brand Manager of Old Style, Adam Powers told Bring Me The News:

“We’re eager to reconnect with the community that nurtured the origins of Old Style, and hope these events will honor the deep history this beer has with the people and culture of La Crosse,” he stated. “It’s time to turn those Old Style signs right side up and cheers its return.”

Ahead of the production, several celebrations will be held during Oktoberfest followed by a World’s Largest Six-Pack bar crawl.

Mayor Mitch Reynolds said, quote, “”We are always excited to welcome businesses to our fair city and now we can proclaim an enthusiastic ‘cheers’ to a ‘comeback kid,’The homecoming of Old Style is a celebration of our brewing heritage and a testament to the timeless appeal of this beloved beer.”
