Now you’re free to try various varieties of mayo and several different mayo-centric meals. And you can go at your own pace. (Because that much mayo in one shot may be too much mayo)

In my humble opinion, this is something just for the die-hards. If there is such a thing. You REALLY have to be into the condiment to get something out of this. If that sounds like you, go nuts, I guess.
