Dating is harder than ever, and maybe in 2020, you’ve had more bad experiences. It’s been proven that your mindset has a direct impact on your overall well being and your dating mindset is no different. I found an awesome article from Psychology Today with some really good ideas on how to maintain some positive thoughts about dating:

1.     Take a break from dating if needed to recharge
2.     Focus on positive examples that inspire you
3.     Think of ways to re-frame some common negative beliefs you experience about dating
4.     Get back in touch with the reasons why you are dating in the first place
5.     Conserve your dating energy
6.     Limit the amount of time you spend complaining about dating
7.     Practice mindfulness when you’re feeling pessimistic about dating
